HQ Connect Announces CodiCo Dispatch Is Joining Its
Global Network.

Every car service runs on a system behind the scenes, the software that takes the reservation, sends the driver, manages the service, and closes out the bill. For HQ to book a ride with a supplier, we need to speak that system's language.

Today, that list of languages grows. HQ Connect now integrates with CodiCo Dispatch, a leading dispatch platform used by car services across the world. The result: any supplier running CodiCo Dispatch now has a direct, streamlined path into the HQ Connect network.

Why dispatch integrations matter

Car service companies run their operations through dispatch systems. These platforms handle the daily mechanics of the business: taking reservations, monitoring vehicles in real time, and processing billing. For HQ to book with a supplier, we need to connect directly into the system that supplier already runs on.

Gnet functions as connective infrastructure, "plumbing" rather than a supplier itself, but it gives HQ access to a broad supplier network through a single API. CodiCo Dispatch follows the same logic: one connection point, expanded reach.

Each new dispatch integration strengthens HQ Connect's core purpose, giving corporate travel programs and their bookers a wider, more reliable network of ground transportation suppliers, without adding complexity on their end.

The CodiCo Dispatch API is now live within HQ Connect. Any supplier meeting our stringent HQ Connect requirements and running CodiCo Dispatch can now connect with minimal technical work, since the integration itself is already established.
