HQ is expanding HQ Connect through a new partnership with VertOS, the ground transport technology platform powering Vert’s London operation and a growing international network of transport suppliers.

Through this partnership, VertOS-powered suppliers join the HQ Connect network. That gives HQ SummitGround clients access to additional vetted chauffeur, private hire and taxi operators across London and the UK, adding another high-quality, technology-enabled transportation option to the network.

As a ground transport operating system, VertOS brings together the wider operation of a transport business, including bookings, chauffeurs, vehicles, clients, compliance, payments and partner connectivity. With this same system, Vert has achieved consistently high customer ratings across its London operations.

“We are impressed by both the team, and the technology Vert is bringing to the London market. They’re a natural fit for HQ Connect and SummitGround, and we’re excited to work together to give our clients another high-quality, technology-enabled transportation option throughout London and the UK.” – Jeff LaFave, Managing Director at HQ

What This Means for HQ Clients

For HQ clients, this partnership adds another source of vetted ground transportation to the existing HQ Connect network. SummitGround clients can access additional chauffeur, private hire and taxi suppliers through VertOS while continuing to manage their ground transportation through HQ. The partnership adds further choice without requiring clients to manage additional supplier relationships or systems. VertOS also gives participating suppliers the operational infrastructure to manage bookings from receipt through to fulfilment, alongside the wider chauffeur, vehicle, compliance and payment processes behind each journey. These suppliers join an HQ Connect network that already provides access to vetted ground transportation across more than 1,000 cities and six continents, all managed through one platform.

Why It Matters Now

Ground transportation is consolidating fast. Rideshare companies are acquiring event and operator networks and reshaping what “service standard” means across the industry.

HQ’s approach is different: build a broad, highly vetted, quality-controlled supplier network and let clients book through one platform, regardless of who is behind the wheel.

The VertOS partnership adds another layer of vetted supply to that network. Enterprise travel and event teams get more choice. VertOS suppliers get consistent, qualified demand. Both plug into one unified system.
